If you think about everything you eat and drink in your life it makes you start to wonder how your insides are doing. Obviously this is something that really goes through your mind as you get older. At the whooping age of 33 I am a firm believer that everyone should detox. There are so many things in our food now a days from all the hormones, preservatives, and pesticides that our body should not harbor these things, but rather purge them. And that isn’t even counting fast food, Yikes!
In the past I have done mild detoxes every couple of years, but this time I felt it was time for a full on detox that I have heard so much about over the years. I have never done a full detox before so this is a whole new experience for me. Hubby recommended we should do Colonix. He did it years back with great success…. Not exactly sure how you measure great success on a detox, but I guess I am going to find out.
The detox program is a 3 part system for 30 days. #1 Paranil #2 Colonix #3 Klaritea. The paranil helps with liver health and support. I think this is going to be very beneficial to my liver because of all the “Captain’s hour” I like to partake in. The Colonix is the real deal of detoxing and will give my intestines a good scrubbing of excess debris. The Klaritea helps to get things moving and lubricate it along the way.
I am on day 10 and have seen a big difference. It has taken extra bloat away from my midsection. I feel more energized. Also I believe when you start programs like this it encourages you to alter other areas of your life. For example we are eating more natural and shy away from processed foods. By the way processed foods on Colonix will wreck your gut. No joke. Our car broke down in town and we were stranded. It was getting late and we had not eatin all day so we swung by the nearest fast food joint (not a fan) and boy did I regret that decision. Oh it was painfully bad.
I do believe that everyone should detox, perferably once a year whether it is a mild detox or a full on detox like Colonix. There are so many health benefits I haven’t even begun to scratch the surface.
